Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use the EduManage Pro service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EMFEST SCHOOL MANAGE , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. School Accounts & Administrators

  • Each school is responsible for safeguarding login credentials issued to its staff.
  • School administrators control which users (teachers, staff, parents, students) can access the Service.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach relating to your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

  • Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
  • Free trials may be offered for a limited period. At the end of a trial, continued use may require selecting and paying for a plan.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our underlying infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduManage Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if a school or user materially breaches these Terms of Service, fails to pay applicable fees, or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law or where changes are material, we may also provide additional notice via email or within the Service.
